Weekend Caregiver - Weekend Only PM Shifts: 2pm-10pmLocation: Edina, MN (residential care homes)Pay: $25.00/hourRequired Experience: 1+ years of professional caregiving experienceThis position is specifically for caregivers looking for consistent weekend-only work.Weekend Commitment: Choose Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday and commit to working your selected day(s) either every weekend or every other weekend. You may choose one, two, or all three weekend days. Once selected, we ask that you consistently work your agreed-upon weekend schedule. $500 WEEKEND COMMITMENT BONUSEarn an additional $100 per month for 5 months when you complete all committed weekend shifts with no missed shifts.About the roleEnglish Rose caregivers work in Edina residential care homes with a 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio. This supportive environment allows you to provide meaningful, relationship-focused care to residents living with dementia and complex medical conditions.ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with personal care and daily living needsPrepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundryLead or join in daily engagement activitiesPartner with coworkers and families to deliver high-quality careTeam supportWhen a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another team member fills in to maintain the 1:3 ratio.
