You'll greet visitors as they arrive, form positive connections with clients, help volunteers find the right places to go and people to talk to, and coordinate with staff to help make the daily operations seamless. Attentively, you'll accurately record daily activities and document any incidents that occurred during your shift. You'll answer questions, address concerns, and swiftly respond to any emergencies.
