About the Role:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our WOW! Zone team.
The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of cooking of meals, maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation. This role is perfect for someone passionate about food and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in an appealing and timely manner
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with local health regulations
- Adhere to portion control standards and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Weekends and nights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Must be at least 18 years of age
