We are seeking a Weekend Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to support our Service and Sales operations during some of our busiest hours. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently balance customer communication with technician scheduling responsibilities. As a Weekend Customer Service & Dispatch Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping coordinate technician schedules and daily service operations. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on unsold estimates and open service opportunities, schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency and availability, review work orders and technician notes, maintain accurate customer records, and communicate effectively with both customers and internal team members. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift throughout the day.
Qualifications:
• Minimum two years of customer service experience in an office or call center environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general scheduling software
• Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
• Dispatching or scheduling experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services
• Sales or outbound calling experience
• ServiceTitan experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
