Weekend Dementia Caregiver - In home care

About the Position: Provide personal care and assistance to individuals in their own homes. You will assist with meals, light housekeeping, and provide companionship activities, such as conversation, games, and accompanying individuals on outings. Some clients may require transportation for appointments, errands, and social outings. Day shifts start between 7/8am and ends between 7/8pm, Evening shifts start between 3/5pm-9/10pm, and Overnight shifts start between 7-9pm and end between 8-9am.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Experience caregiving in-home, assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, bed-care; no certification required 
• Experience working with clients who have Dementia (such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, etc.)
• Must have full coverage car insurance and a valid drivers' license
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Cell phone/smart phone - able to clock in & out using app 
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Our offices are located at 7300 Blanco Road, San Antonio, TX 78216 - but your client(s) will be located throughout San Antonio.
