Rockwell Care Services is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or simply have a heart for helping others, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
$14–$15 per hour, depending on experience
$150 Sign-On Bonus paid on your first paycheck
As a Weekend Direct Support Professional, you will:
Support adults with disabilities in daily activities
Provide companionship and encouragement
Assist with personal care as needed
Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping
Help with medication reminders
Drive residents to appointments and community activities
Teach life skills that promote independence
Create a safe, positive, and respectful home environment
We're looking for someone who is:
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Comfortable working independently and with a team
A strong communicator with good organizational skills
At least 18 years old
Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to pass required background checks
Preferred:
High school diploma or GED
Six months of paid caregiving experience (or one year caring for a family member or loved one)
Experience working with individuals with disabilities, seniors, or other vulnerable adults
