Position Summary Weekend DSPs provide hands-on support, supervision, and care to residents in our DDD group homes. This role includes assisting with daily living skills, community activities, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Weekend staff play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care and quality support. Employees must be able and willing to drive and transport members when needed as part of their job duties Ability to obtain or maintain: Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR/First Aid Article 9 Prevention & Support (if required) Ability to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable and able to work scheduled weekend shifts consistently
