Party Baby Seattle is the Pacific Northwest's premier upscale party rental company. We're trusted by the Seahawks, Mariners, Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes, local on-air personalities, influencers, and parents across the region to deliver standout kids' birthday parties and corporate family events.

We're hiring for seven weekend roles to support our growing event team. If you like hands-on work, being part of a team, and helping create events families remember, read on.

Seven Roles Available

Event Specialist, $24/hr Sets up and runs events at venues across the region. Rides with the team from our Kent warehouse to each event. No driving required.

Event Driver, $25-$26/hr Does everything an Event Specialist does, plus drives a company-provided van (Metris, Sprinter, Ram 2500, or occasional U-Haul). Pay depends on which vehicles you're qualified to drive:

$25/hr if you're driving the Metris only (handles like a minivan, easier to qualify for) $26/hr if you're driving the Sprinter, Ram 2500, or U-Haul (requires large vehicle experience)

All Drivers are also Event Specialists. Tell us in your application which role you're applying for. Specialists with a 5+ year clean driving record can be promoted to Driver at any time.

What You'll Do at Every Event

Travel with the team from our Kent warehouse to event sites within a 30 to 40 mile radius (Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue) Set up premium party equipment: bounce houses, ball pits, soft play, bubble houses, and balloon decor Confirm setup accuracy and capture before and after photos and videos Interact professionally with clients and their kids Break down and reload equipment at the end Unload at the warehouse at end of shift

Drivers Also

Drive a company-provided van (Metris, Sprinter, Ram 2500, or occasional U-Haul, fuel and vehicle costs covered) Safely load, unload, and transport equipment to and from event sites Navigate tight spaces and busy streets professionally Some Drivers may drive directly to events if they live closer to the site, but company vehicles and a Kent meeting point are provided for most shifts

Pay & Schedule

$24/hr for Event Specialists, $25-$26/hr for Event Drivers depending on vehicle qualifications Weekly direct deposit Weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) Shifts vary: some start early morning, others run into evening as late as 9 pm Minimum 4 shifts per month to stay active on the roster

Requirements for Both Roles

Reliable personal transportation to our Kent warehouse (this role isn't a fit for those who rely on public transportation) Able to lift up to 50 lbs (carts provided for heavier loads) Strong work ethic and customer service skills Comfortable working with kids and parents at events Eye for detail and pride in doing great work Able to work both individually and as part of a team

Additional Requirements for Drivers

Valid driver's license held for at least 5 years Clean driving record, no accidents or moving violations in the last 3 years (MVR check required) For the $25/hr Metris tier: comfortable driving a passenger van (drives like a minivan) For the $26/hr full fleet tier: experience driving cargo vans or similar (Sprinter, Ram 2500, U-Haul, or comparable)

Before You Apply

This is a hands-on event role. You'll be setting up equipment, interacting with clients and kids, and working as part of a team. We schedule shifts in advance and rely on crew showing up on time for every confirmed booking with no last-minute call-offs. If you're looking for a job that allows for last-minute changes after shifts are scheduled, this isn't the right fit.
