We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to support our service team in the field on the weekends. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who enjoys diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, delivering high-quality service, and continuing to grow their technical expertise while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable system performance for our customers.
Schedule & Weekend Perks: 4-day Work Week: Friday– Monday

What You Will Do:
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems (heating and cooling)
Identify issues and provide accurate, effective solutions to restore system performance
Complete routine service calls and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
Clearly communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers in a professional manner
Maintain proper documentation of work performed and parts used
Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working in the field
Deliver a high-quality customer experience with professionalism and attention to detail
What You Will bring:
4+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
Universal EPA Certification
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical ability to work in varied environments and lift equipment as needed
Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
