Freedom Home Care is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team for weekend shifts throughout Mankato and surrounding communities.

You will never start a case unprepared.

We personally introduce you to each new client before you work independently so you understand their routine, expectations, and exactly who to contact if questions arise.

Weekend Schedule

We have opportunities for caregivers who are available for:

• Morning shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Evening shifts
• Every weekend or 
• Every other weekend

You must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.

Consistent clients and set schedules are available.

Pay & Perks

$18–$21 per hour

• Bi-weekly pay
• $200 retention bonus
• $250 referral bonus
• Mileage reimbursement when applicable
• Consistent clients and set schedules

Training & Support

We want you to feel confident and prepared from the start.

• Online training — approximately 10 hours, unpaid
• Paid orientation
• Client-specific introductions before working independently
• Ongoing support and training
• A team that is available when you need us

What We're Looking For

Previous professional caregiving experience is required.

Additional requirements include:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle of your own
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday
• Dependable and professional communication

CNA, PCA, HHA, assisted living, group home, or other professional caregiving experience is a plus.

Personal experience caring for a family member alone does not qualify as professional caregiving experience for this position.
