Weekend Inbound Customer Service Representative

Weekend Inbound Call Center Rep | $17/hr + Weekly Bonuses | In-Office

COMPENSATION:

• Pay: $17 + weekly bonuses

SCHEDULE:

• All positions are full-time and in-office
• All positions work a four-day work week
• Weekend Shift: Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound calls with vacation package guests to encourage and secure bookings
• Collect payments to finalize reservations, resolve issues, and answer questions
• Assist with vacation planning, destinations, and travel dates
• Build knowledge of travel destinations to provide expert guidance
• Follow scripts to overcome objections, highlight vacation value, and create urgency
• Maintain enthusiasm, deliver exceptional service, and meet/exceed goals
• Apply coaching and generate excitement with energetic delivery

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive attitude and upbeat, outgoing personality
• Must be able to type 20 WPM or greater
• Ability to deliver enthusiastic and engaging customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Great work ethic and consistent reliability
• Ability to follow structured guidelines and meet production expectations
• Willingness to accept coaching and apply feedback immediately
• Leadership, customer service, or sales experience is a plus!
• Must be 18 years or older to comply with legal requirements
