This role focuses on ensuring product accuracy through frequent auditing of inventory, outbound containers, and inbound vendor receipts. You will help maintain the integrity of inventory flow by identifying discrepancies and communicating findings clearly. Your work plays a key role in keeping distribution operations smooth, dependable, and customer‑ready.
Daily responsibilities include counting inventory using RF equipment, reviewing documentation, and supporting compliance with company guidelines. Collaboration with team members helps address issues quickly and supports strong operational alignment. Every audit you complete strengthens accuracy, safety, and confidence across the distribution center.
You’ll work closely with Inventory Control teams, DC Operations, and other partners who depend on accurate counts and reliable processes. Your work also connects with vendor receipt teams, outbound shipping, and quality functions that ensure customer commitments are met.

High school diploma or GED
6 months of related experience preferred
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Basic math skills
Ability to read and understand computer printouts
Effective communication skills across listening, speaking, and writing
Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet using mezzanines or equipment
Ability to work in varying temperatures and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Ability to work at elevated heights up to 50 feet
