We’re looking for a Weekend Lead Care Provider (Floater) to deliver high-quality care while supporting our team across Hampton Roads.
Certification Required – No Exceptions Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required. Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

Your Responsibilities Travel between client homes across Hampton Roads Cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) Support and guide caregivers in the field Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding) Perform light housekeeping and laundry ️ Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs Provide medication reminders and documentation Offer companionship and emotional support Assist with client transitions and urgent coverage needs
What You’ll Need Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required – No Exceptions) At least 1 year of caregiving experience Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Ability to work independently and adapt quickly Strong communication and leadership skills Compassion, reliability, and professionalism
