The NOW Massage is hiring Louisiana Licensed Massage Therapists for our high-demand weekend shifts.
This is a great opportunity for LMTs looking to add weekend hours, supplement their current schedule, or build a steady clientele in a beautiful, luxury spa environment.
Our Massage Therapists average $45–$50+ per hour, including commission, gratuity, enhancements and bonuses.

What You'll Do
- Provide customized, high-quality massage therapy
- Perform Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
- Perform additional modalities based on training and qualifications
- Deliver a professional, therapeutic guest experience
- Maintain treatment rooms according to boutique standards
- Work collaboratively with our front desk and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
- Active Louisiana Massage Therapy License required
- Consistent Saturday and/or Sunday availability required
- Friday evening availability is a plus
- Strong Swedish and Deep Tissue skills
- Reliable and professional
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for wellness and guest care
