Weekend LPN- 12-Hour Shifts, Home Care

Available Hours: Part or Full Time, 12-Hour Shifts, Overnights, 7pm-7am  Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays

Location: Downtown Chicago

Experience: Trach & Vent Experience Required, Critical Care Experience Preferred

*Premium Weekend Pay: $45/Hour for Licensed Practical Nurses on Fridays thru Sundays

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act.
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Position Requirements 

Nurse Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois)
• Home Health Experience Preferred
• Experience with Tracheostomy and G-Tube Clients
• Minimum 1 year critical care nursing experience.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable car / auto insurance.
• Clean background and criminal record.
