Position Summary Maebeth Property Management is seeking a skilled and dependable Weekend Maintenance Tech to join our team in Trenton, ME. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and enjoys the variety that comes with maintaining vacation rental properties. You'll be the go-to problem solver for our guests and property management team, handling everything from quick fixes to routine inspections across our portfolio of homes. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, hydraulic components, and electrical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues utilizing precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters.
