Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts effectively to deliver great food and outstanding guest service
• Serve as a positive role model, coaching and mentoring team members to build a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with operational and food safety standards

Qualifications

• Passion for the restaurant industry and strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• A genuine, friendly, and smiling personality
• Preferred 1-2 years of restaurant experience
• Must be 20 years or older with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
