Manufacturing Associate Pay and Hours:
- 1st shift and Weekend Shifts Available
- $17.00/hr. – 1st Shift
- $19.04/hr. – Weekend Shift

Manufacturing Associate Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to assist in different departments as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Manufacturing Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble, inspect, and package metal components and finished products
- Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials from workstations and production lines
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
- Identify and report defects or production concerns to supervisors
- Stack, label, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
- Assist with basic machine operation within the warehouse
- Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
- Wear required PPE and follow all company safety policies
