$720 /Week Base Pay | Mansfield, OH | Friday - Sunday
 
Schedule: Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Work: 30 hours /week | Get Paid: 40 hours /week
Base Pay: $18 /hour
Attendance Bonus: Additional $1 /hour opportunity
Start Date: Early October, 2026
 
Work 3 Days. Get 4 Days Off.
 
Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring 6 Production Associates for a new weekend manufacturing shift in Mansfield.

Work three, 10-hour shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday and receive 40 hours of pay. $720 /week at the base rate, $760 /week with attendance bonus.
Then you're off Monday through Thursday!
 
What You'll Do
This is fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing. You'll:

• Load and unload automated production equipment
• Perform hands-on assembly and production tasks
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Keep materials and production moving
• Follow established safety and production procedures
• Work with your team to meet production goals

Training takes place on the weekend shift.
 
What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Ability to stand and stay active throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Commitment to working every Friday, Saturday and Sunday

 
Attendance Matters!
This shift comes with an unusual benefit: work 30 hours and get paid for 40.
Because of that, perfect attendance is required to remain on the weekend shift.
