Job Description:
This position is accountable for assigned stocking, merchandising, rotation, and displays. On occasion assists with permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Job Duties:
Reports to Merchandiser Trainer each morning for assignments
Inspect vehicle condition (i.e. body damage, tires, fluids, safety issues, etc.) prior to leaving daily. Any issues should be noted to Merchandiser Trainer or Supervisor
Required to follow all company accident procedures necessary if they are involved in an accident
Visit route locations as per schedule. Any changes should be authorized by Merchandiser Trainer or Supervisor
Required to check in and out with store management each and every time they enter and leave an account. Also need to sign in and out of their log sheets if they are provided at store level
Required to run Encompass accordingly each and every day through their own personal cellular phone
Stock all locations to meet store/company standards
Rotate product during stocking to procedure of company policy
Discard all trash properly at location
Maintain good communication with Merchandiser Trainer/Supervisor with any questions or concerns for each route
Contact Merchandiser Trainer/Supervisor before heading back to the facility for any other duties/tasks
Once back at the facility; park vehicle at designated location. Clean out vehicle at the end of each day and drop keys properly
Maintain a good driving record/licenses
Works one day during the week to help weekday merchandisers to throw orders/build back stock, fill windows and displays to meet store/company standards
Follows company policies & procedures
Attends company meetings as requested
Adheres to dress code standards governing appearance
Uses company equipment efficiently and economically while adhering to safety rules and precautions
Immediately reports equipment repair needs to Merchandiser Trainer and/or work logs
Works steadily and constantly without jeopardizing the quality of work
Performs any other duties as directed by management
Have a positive attitude about all of your fellow employees when in discussions with retailers
Maintain open and clear communication with all managers and other employees of the company

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GEDrequired.
An understanding of alcoholic beverage industry
Ability to work with computerprograms associated with the performance of the position.
Must be a results oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills; uses diplomacy and discretion
Ability to work well with all levels of the organization,to organize, prioritize, negotiate, manage, motive others and solveproblems
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Highly professional, with ability to interface well with internal and external contacts
Have strong customer service and interpersonal expertise
Decision making, thoroughness and time management a must
Knowledge of geographicareas; familiarity with assigned territory
Possess a valid Texas drivers license and have an acceptable MVR
Valid TABC License
Pass background and drug screens
Prior beer industry experience preferred.
