Prosperity Placement Solutions is partnering with a highly respected, family-owned skilled nursing facility seeking an experienced and compassionate Weekend Night Charge Nurse (RN) to join their team.

Schedule

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 12-Hour Night Shifts
• Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend night shifts
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate clinical services and respond to resident needs
• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to promote positive resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Charge Nurse experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
