Weekend On-Call Coordinator — Remote
Visiting Angels of Myrtle Beach
Visiting Angels is seeking a dependable, organized person to handle weekend calls and coordinate caregiver coverage from home. We provide a phone and computer.
Schedule: Every Saturday at 6:00 a.m. through Monday at 6:00 a.m.
Pay: $200 flat rate per weekend plus $17 per hour for time actively worked, including calls, scheduling, and related follow-up.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and promptly return calls from clients and caregivers.
- Arrange coverage for caregiver call-outs and missed shifts.
- Communicate schedule changes to clients and caregivers.
- Document calls, scheduling updates, and follow-up.
- Follow agency procedures and contact management when needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A calm, professional manner when handling urgent situations.
- Reliable internet access.
- Ability to use scheduling software and maintain confidentiality.
- Home care or scheduling experience preferred.
This is an on-call position. You must remain reachable and able to respond promptly throughout the weekend, including overnight.
