MAKE YOUR WEEKEND WORK COUNT!WEEKEND & ON-CALL RNHarbors Home Health & Hospice - Grays Harbor & Pacific County, WAAre you an experienced RN looking for a 3 day schedule while making a meaningful difference for patients and their families?Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and clinically confident weekend & on-call RN to join our team.This unique position combines daytime patient visits with overnight hospice on-call coverage, providing continuity of care and ensuring our patients and families have access to experienced nursing support throughout the weekend.SCHEDULE:Friday-SundayDaytime: Provide scheduled home health/hospice patient visits throughout the service area.Evenings & Nights: Provide hospice on-call coverage for urgent patient and family needs.Respond to calls, assess patient needs, provide telephone triage and clinical guidance, and make in-person visits when necessary.Collaborate with the team, providers, pharmacies, facilities, caregivers, and families.Participate in admissions or other visits as needed.REQUIRED:This position requires the RN to remain available and responsive to hospice needs throughout the weekend.Current WA State RN licenseCurrent CPR/BLS certificationValid drivers license with acceptable drivers abstractreliable transportation - or optional company vehicleability to work independently and respond appropriately to urgent clinical situationsstrong assessment, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive hourly wage based on experience and qualificationson-call compensationmileage reimbursementMedical, dental, vision with union membershipeducation and professional development opportunitiessupportive clinical team
