Weekend Only- Visitor Management Representative

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for effectively operating the Visitor Management system and processing all visitors into the facility in accordance with established processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED

 

1. One (1) year in a healthcare or customer service related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

PREFERRED

 

1. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
2. Ability to present information clearly to a wide variety of audiences.
3. Ability to work without close supervision.
4. Ability to use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
5. Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines.

Work Hours:: 12:00PM - 8:30PM Weekend Requirements:: Yes
