Weekend Operations Support – Night CleaningSchedule: Friday – MondayStaffing Industry Experience RequiredWe're looking for a Weekend Operations Support Specialist to support our Night Cleaning division. This position will help manage employee scheduling, communication, and staffing needs for our overnight cleaning accounts throughout the weekend.This is an entry-level operations role, but previous staffing experience is required. We're looking for someone who understands the staffing industry and is familiar with janitorial, commercial cleaning, or night cleaning operations.What You'll DoManage and update schedules for night cleaning assignmentsConfirm employees for upcoming shiftsMonitor attendance, call-offs, late arrivals, and no-showsHelp find replacements for open shiftsCommunicate schedules, locations, and assignment details to employeesRespond to employee questions and weekend staffing issuesAssist with last-minute client staffing requestsMonitor active overnight assignments and escalate issues when neededMaintain accurate employee notes and scheduling informationProvide updates and handoffs to the Night Cleaning Operations teamWhat We're Looking ForPrevious staffing agency experience REQUIREDFamiliarity with janitorial, commercial cleaning, or night cleaning staffing strongly preferredScheduling or staffing coordination experience preferredStrong phone, text, and email communicationExcellent organization and follow-upComfortable working with a high volume of employees and assignmentsAble to handle last-minute changes and solve problems quicklyDependable and able to work independentlyMust be available Friday through MondayYou do not need to have worked as a cleaner.
