Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- 1+ years of healthcare experience
- 1+ years of experience with ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR systems
- Practice Partner EMR
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Michigan (MI)
- Valid regular Driver's License (DL)
Preferred
- Please provide your Michigan PT license number (required for name clear)

We Are Looking for Compassionate Physical Therapists With
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of one year of healthcare experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day traveling to/from patient locations
- Strong commitment to meeting critical charting deadlines
- Excellent time‑management and self‑scheduling skills
- Experience using tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software
