Heather Hill Health Care Center is seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend Receptionist to join our skilled nursing team.

This role is much more than answering phones; our receptionist helps create a calm, welcoming, and supportive experience for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff every single day.

We are looking for someone warm, professional, organized, and understands the importance of exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Assist with visitor sign-in and follow facility security procedures
• Provide general information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Support basic clerical and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Communicate effectively with department leaders and staff to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Warm, welcoming, and professional personality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy healthcare environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
