Crew Mail Services is looking for dependable, friendly, and professional team members to support our weekend cruise-ship package delivery and retail operations. This is a hands-on, varied position that combines driving, loading and unloading, package distribution, retail sales, customer service, and payment handling.

This opportunity can be a great fit for someone who already works during the week and is looking for additional weekend income in an active, customer-facing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

These responsibilities are performed as part of a team, with duties shared and assigned based on the needs of each operation.

    • Safely drive a 16-foot box truck and assist with loading and unloading packages and retail merchandise.
    • Follow established port access and screening procedures and coordinate with port staff while loading items onto the ship.
    • Help set up onboard package distribution and retail areas.
    • Distribute packages and/or sell merchandise to crew members while providing friendly, professional customer service.
    • Process cash, credit, and debit card payments using handheld POS devices.
    • Assist with offloading and returning merchandise, packages, and equipment to the warehouse.
    • Help reconcile packages, retail sales, and payments at the end of the operation.

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a 16-foot box truck.
    • Safe and responsible driving habits.
    • Consistent weekend availability.
    • Comfortable performing physical work, including loading, unloading, and moving packages and merchandise.
    • Comfortable handling cash and accurately balancing payments.
    • Ability to use or quickly learn handheld POS and payment devices.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Friendly, professional, dependable, and eager to help people.
    • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow established procedures.
    • Flexibility to work around cruise-ship schedules and operational needs.

    Port Access Requirements

Because the position requires access to port facilities, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required Port ID/access credentials and a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential). Training will be provided on Crew Mail Services procedures and applicable port processes.

    Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
