PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a family-owned manufacturing company seeking a Sit-Down Forklift Operator in Wayne, New Jersey We Pay Weekly! Temp to Hire!

2nd Shift Friday-Sunday 4:30pm-4:30am $27.50

Sit Down Forklift Operator Job Summary

• Load and unload shipments and deliveries of coils, strut, and pallets
• Minimum of 4 years of Forklift experience and Certification Required
• Experience with loading & unloaded material 10-20 feet long
• Knowledge of LTL's and Flatbeds
• Confirm accuracy and quality of all loads being shipped or received
• Computer/data entry skills
• Inventory accuracy
• Prepare and stage shipments as needed (re-bundling, wrapping, and labeling
• Move materials to machines
• Weigh, mark and store coils properly

Sit Down Forklift Operator Qualifications

• Perform routine maintenance and keep accurate forklift maintenance records
• Willingness to cross-train
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Great attendance is a must.
• Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
