Weekend Shift: Maintenance Line Techs in Eden Prairie, MN!

Overview:
Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a highly motivated worker to join their team for a High-Quality Food company in Eden Prairie, MN.

Job Duties:

 
  • Ensure workplace safety and food quality by following GMPs, HACCP/SQF standards, PPE requirements, plant procedures, and completing required safety training.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic production equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, schematics, PMs, and CMMS documentation.
  • Support production operations through equipment setup/changeovers, vendor collaboration, process improvements, and maintaining line availability.
  • Train and assist Line Technicians while fostering teamwork, communication, and a positive work environment across departments.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN projects, maintenance process development, new equipment installations, and ongoing technical training.

    Shift:Weekend: Friday-Sunday
    Time: 5AM-6:30PM
    Pay: $32-35/HR
