We’re currently hiring a Weekend Shift Saw Operator to join our team in Youngsville, NC. This is a great opportunity to build valuable skills while working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Saw Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by:
  • Operating and maintaining BACA saw machines
  • Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
  • Setting up jobs, including tooling and program selection
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards
  • Working closely with your team to meet production goals
  • Performing basic preventative maintenance on equipment

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No experience required—we’ll train you
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive, problem-solving mindset
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Physical & Work Environment

  • This is an active, hands-on role that includes:
  • Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
  • Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
  • Working in a production environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
  • Using equipment such as vacuum lifts and wearing required safety gear
