Key Responsibilities1. Oversee Daily OperationsSupervise all production floor activities to ensure efficient window assembly and fabrication.Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet daily and weekly targets.2. Quality ControlEnsure windows meet quality standards specs and safety regulations.Conduct visual and measurement inspections during and after production.3. Team LeadershipDirect train and mentor production workers including assemblers machine operators and packers.Schedule shifts and assign tasks based on workload and employee skill sets.4. Safety ComplianceEnforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA and company standards.Report and investigate accidents or near-misses and implement corrective actions.5. Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes layout or workflow.Assist in lean manufacturing initiatives or continuous improvement programs.6. Material & Inventory CoordinationWork with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials glass vinyl aluminum hardware are available.Track usage and minimize material7. TimekeepingEnsure all time is approved and authorized daily.
