Summary As a Floor Technician at Cityview Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our community. Located in Cleveland Ohio, this position is essential to ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our residents and their families. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior floor care experience or general housekeeping experience. This role is vital to the overall look and feel of our community and is responsible for creating a great first impression to staff, residents, families and visitors. Starting pay rate for the position is $14.25 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is two (2) 8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. The Weekend Warrior program offers an incentive pay for four (4) additional hours of work. Thus, you physical work 16 hrs., and are compensated for 20 hrs.! Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. Conduct carpet cleaning and buffing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ensure all areas are clean and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Assist with custodial duties as needed to support overall facility hygiene. Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management. Maintain equipment used for floor care and report any malfunctions.
