Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Weekend Warrior LPN-NOC for our client in Richland Center, WI 53581. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Weekend Warrior LPN-NOC
Location: Richland Center, WI 53581
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (8-hour night shifts)
  • Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide direct nursing care and administer medications/treatments to residents.
  • Monitor resident conditions, document findings, and report changes to the care team.
  • Assist with care plans, wound care, and other nursing procedures within scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care.

  • Long-Term Care (LTC) and resident care experience.
  • Medication administration and clinical assessment skills.
  • EMR documentation and patient monitoring proficiency.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
