The Greens of Weaverville is hiring LPNs/RNs for our Weekend Warrior Program—perfect for nurses looking for premium pay, flexible scheduling, and fewer workdays while still making a meaningful impact in long-term care.

• Additional $3/hour shift differential
  (on top of existing shift differentials)

• Flexible shifts: 12 or 16 hours

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care

• Oversee and support shift operations

• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

• Serve as a visible leader and resource for the care team

What We’re Looking For:

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN/RN license

• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
