Connected Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of our trusted partner facilities in Tripoli, Iowa.
This Weekend Warrior position is ideal for an RN who wants a consistent three-day schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and patients.
Schedule
Friday: 6:00 AM 6:45 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM 6:45 PM
Sunday: 6:00 AM 6:45 PM

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents/patients
Assess patient needs and monitor changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies
Collaborate with CNAs, providers, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations
Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Follow all applicable nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
