Weekly Pay Overnight Caregivers/STNA & CNA $16-$20/HR
Assisting Hands Home Care is a non-medical home care company seeking compassionate and dependable overnight Caregivers, STNAs and CNAs to join our team! If you have hands-on experience, enjoy helping seniors and enjoy working overnights, we encourage you to apply.
Overnight Shift Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision and support to clients in their homes
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Toileting
- Monitor client safety and comfort throughout the night
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare light meals/snacks and assist with light housekeeping
- Support mobility, repositioning, and transfers as needed
- Help maintain a calm, safe, and comfortable overnight environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to quality senior care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices
- Ability to safely assist with mobility and lift/transfer up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently during overnight hours
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on caregiving experience required
- Must be able to perform independently from day one
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be 21 years of age or older to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clients
