Greet and check in truck drivers upon arrival at the facility.
Verify driver information, identification, appointments, and required paperwork.
Review and process bills of lading (BOLs), shipping documents, and other transportation paperwork.
Check trailers in and out of the facility and verify trailer information.
Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, transportation teams, and supervisors.
Maintain accurate records of trailer arrivals, departures, and driver activity.
Direct drivers to the appropriate dock, staging area, or parking location.
Monitor trailer assignments and ensure information is accurately entered into the appropriate system.
Assist with resolving discrepancies involving paperwork, trailers, appointments, or shipments.
Maintain a professional and courteous customer-service environment.
Follow all warehouse safety, security, and visitor-access procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Previous experience in a warehouse, transportation, shipping/receiving, dispatch, gatehouse, or logistics environment required.
Experience working directly with truck drivers and trailers strongly preferred.
Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping/receiving documentation.
