Overview:Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. We are seeking a 2nd Shift Weld/Fabrication Supervisor to supervise.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure production is to specifications
- Quality standards are being met 100%
- Ensuring all employees are working within the established safety guidelines
Position Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Monitor employee performance and work output
- Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Pay attention to details and have a strong drive to succeed
