Position Summary
Manufacturing Technician provides production support by performing setup, trouble shooting, and operation of MigTigSpot Welding cells within an assigned welding cell.
Essential Job Functions
• Carry out essential job functions of Manufacturing Technician as required. • Perform reteaching of assigned robots. • Troubleshoot problems with assigned robots. • Conduct MIGTIGSpot resistance welding maintenance. • Provide adjustment of assigned welding fixtures. • Teach pendant experience. • Perform Predictive Maintenance on assigned weld equipment. • Provide process improvement ideas. • Ensure robot is safe for associates to operate.

Apply and utilize manufacturing best practice for efficiency, quality, safety, and capability. Foster and maintain good working relationships and effective communication with vendors, team members, suppliers, and project teams.
