Phillips Staffing is looking for skilled welders for an innovative manufacturer of industrial/agricultural products in Anderson, SC! Responsibilities:

Experience with MIG welding equipment
Proficiency with hand tools such as an angle grinder
Align components using calipers, rulers etc. for clamping raw material together
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

Other Duties:

Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
Ability to lift more than 50lbs and assist team members with lifts
Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and success of the company
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor

Requirements:

High School diploma/GED or equivalent
Must be able to pass a weld test (AWS 1.1 and 1.3)
Read and write English
Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, reading rulers and calipers
Be able to stand for extended periods of time
Follow dress code including PPE guidelines as specified for the position

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift 6am to 4:30 pm Mon-Thursday with OT on FridayPay: $20.00 #IND2
