Welder - 1st Shift
We are currently seeking a qualified Welder for a reputable company in Canton, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with welding experience who wants to join a team that manufactures durable equipment designed to withstand all weather conditions.

Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm + overtime on Fridays as needed
Pay:
$23.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Review schematics to ensure proper use of equipment and materials
Layout work using tape measures and rigging tools to match print specifications
Set up and operate welding equipment
Weld, cut, drill, and fabricate steel pieces according to blueprints
Operate overhead crane as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to lift 60+ pounds
Basic knowledge of welding tools and techniques
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with overhead crane operation
Familiarity with steel fabrication
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Welding experience in manufacturing setting
Other Requirements:
Ability to work on-site
Physical ability to lift heavy materials
Welding certification is a plus but not required
