Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, operating heavy equipment, setting up and maintaining machines, inspecting welds, and applying various welding techniques to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of welding experience or completed training, proficiency in welding mild steel and galvanneal, and the ability to read blueprints and measurements. Physical requirements involve standing, lifting up to 35 pounds, and working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
