What You’ll Do as a Welder:- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel
- Read and accurately interpret blueprints and production drawings
- Use calipers, squares, protractors, and other precision measuring tools
- Assist with part assembly and fabrication tasks as needed
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Inspect finished work to ensure specifications are met
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:- Minimum of 3 years of aluminum and stainless-steel welding experience
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes
- Previous experience in the sheet metal industry
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
