    Job Description

     
    Experienced MIG Welders – 2nd shift
     
    IronCraft is seeking to hire EXPERIENCED MIG WELDERS. 
     
    Starting Rate:  $22.00/hour plus $1.00/hour shift premium
     
    The qualified candidate will possess the following:
     
    Duties and responsibilities:
    • Follow instructions.
    • Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
    • Follow company procedures and directives.
    • Inspect finished product for defects.
    • Maintain the tools used to create products.
    • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
    • Commitment to safety
    Skills and qualifications (“must haves”)
    • Recent experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing environment. (One year minimum preferred)
    • Must pass welding test.
    • Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate heavy machinery.
    • Ability to stand for at least 10 hours
