Welder - 2nd Shift

Currently LNS is looking for a Welder for 2nd Shift that is capable of performing a variety of welding functions with various types of welding equipment and a variety of metal gauges and the ability to read blueprints.

Requirements:

• Set up and operate all kinds of welding equipment on any job assigned
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, operations sheets, and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements
• Continual check work to ensure quality of weld
• Ability to perform heating and cutting operations

Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols a must
• Welding certificate or diploma preferred or 2 to 3 years of related experience in welding to blueprint specifications

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 8 hours per day
