? $18.00–$20.00/hr DOE + $1.50/hr Shift Differential
? 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Training Schedule
• All employees will begin training on 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
• Training is expected to last approximately 4 weeks.
• Following the initial training period, employees will gradually transition to 2nd Shift as a group.
• Temporary schedule adjustments may occur during the transition process to support a smooth shift transition. These schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
What You'll Do
• Perform welding operations according to specifications and blueprints.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with fabrication and assembly of products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns.
What We're Looking For
• Previous welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements.
• Experience using welding and fabrication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
