Job Responsibilities & Requirements
The Welder is responsible for performing MIG welding, fabrication, and production of MBP steel components and assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This position operates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, maintain dimensional tolerances, inspect completed welds, and produce quality products that meet customer requirements. The Welder may perform manual welding, robotic cell operations, setup activities, and other production-related tasks as assigned. Accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards are critical to this role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
