Welder - 3rd Shift
We are currently seeking an experienced Welder for a contract-to-hire position in Canton, Ohio. If you have welding skills and are looking for a steady opportunity on the night shift, we want to hear from you.

Hours:
3rd Shift, Monday - Thursday 8:00 pm - 6:00 am + Overtime as needed
Pay:
$22.00/hr - Based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Review schematics to ensure proper use of equipment and materials
Layout work using tape measures and rigging tools to match prints
Set up and operate welding equipment
Weld, cut, drill, and fabricate steel parts according to specifications
Operate overhead crane as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Ability to lift over 60 lbs
Basic knowledge of welding tools and equipment
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with overhead cranes
Familiarity with steel fabrication processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Welding certification is a plus
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work on-site
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift heavy materials
