Welder - 3rd Shift

Review schematics to ensure proper equipment and materials are used
Layout work using tape measures and rigging equipment to fit prints
Set up and operate welding equipment
Weld, cut, drill, and fabricate steel pieces according to specifications
Operate overhead crane as needed
Maintain a clean work area
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2+ years of welding experience in manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to lift 60+ lbs
Working knowledge of welding tools
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with overhead cranes
Fabrication and metalworking skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Welding certification is a plus
Other Requirements:
On-Site work location in Canton, OH
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
